“Nose of black currents, plum, menthol, cocoa and cinnamon. The palate leads with soft dusty tannins, and the mid-palate is filled with bright raspberry, red cherry, gooseberry, eucalyptus, wild sage and violets. The dark fruit characteristics lend this wine a broad range of food pairings from filet mignon to roast guinea hen. This robust cabernet has the capacity to age now through 2031. Enjoy now with minimal decanting.”
