"Didier asked his machinist friend to integrate a few small, lightweight tractors to work in the terraced vineyard, and he installed his lifetime friend and associate Guy as the vineyard manager.  Dagueneau’s makes a limited number of bottles of sweet wine from these beloved Jurancon hectares. The aim is to produce a wine that brings out the natural minerality of the soil and have balance, harmony and longevity. Concentrated, racy and extremely memorable.  Extremely limited."
